Account Manager

Account Managers are responsible for the management and maintenance of relationships with assigned clients. Account Managers, coordinating with clients and PIN’s marketing team, develop and implement strategies to achieve client KPIs. They are responsible for interfacing on behalf of the client with content, paid media, social, and marketing teams.
Essential Functions

- Serve as primary contact for client communications with PIN
- Learn and understand client’s brand, goals, and business needs
- Coordinate PIN services on behalf of the client, manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs
- Setup/onboard new clients into PIN’s system
- Document all communications and interactions with clients
- Manage digital campaigns
- Provide project management support and maintain quality control
- Manage client expectations
- Proofread all content prior to publication
- Prepare in advance for all client meetings, anticipate client concerns and questions
- Prepare and send reports to clients
- Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Candidate Requirements

- B.A. in marketing, business management, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in account management or B2B relationship management, digital marketing, or comparable experience

Paid Media Specialist

The Paid Media Specialist assists and supports the Marketing Department and Digital Media Director in digital media buying, planning, trafficking, and operational tasks across multiple channels. The Paid Media Specialist will work with Account Management and Sales to develop campaigns and may from time to time be involved in client meetings. The position reports to the Digital Media Director.
Essential Functions

- Market clients and their products by facilitating digital marketing across multiple channels, including targeted display, mobile, social media advertising, and email marketing
- Assist the Digital Media Director in the development, research, planning, and implementation of digital advertising campaigns, engaging other departments when necessary
- Provide logistical support in the areas of ad proofing, creative critique, ad traffic management, data gathering, data analytics, reporting, project management, and market asset management
- Investigate and proactively resolve or pursue solutions to problems with minimal supervision
- Aid in the communication of digital campaign initiatives and results to internal and, as needed, to external stakeholders
- Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time

Candidate Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in advertising and/or marketing
- 1-2 years of prior digital marketing and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)

Graphic Designer

Graphic designers are responsible for ideating and contributing to the creation of digital graphic content that is attractive, innovative, and captivating on behalf of PIN and its clients. They conceptualize, layout/design and execute a variety of graphic outputs including brochures, logos, digital ads, landing pages, email newsletters, etc. This position reports to the Senior Graphic Designer.
Essential Functions

- Produce and create digital and print content, such as page layouts, email templates, reports, signage, logos, digital ads, etc.
- Create user-centered design experiences
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and brand identity
- Incorporate changes to designs as recommended by stakeholders
- Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, and usability
- Manage a workload for multiple clients
- Review designs for errors before presentation to clients and before publication
- Quality assurance
- Any other duties as may be required or assigned from time to time

Digital Advisor

Digital Advisors are the outside sales arm of PIN Business Network. Digital Advisors are responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new business. After closing new business, Digital Advisors assist with the transition of the client to Account Management, which is responsible for the relationship with that client thereafter. This position reports to the President.
Essential Functions.

- Research markets, industries, and businesses
- Make initial contact with businesses through cold calls, emails, and drop-ins
- Meet weekly/monthly productivity KPIs as directed by the President
- Fill out digital score cards
- Follow up on leads as directed by President
- Coordinate and run capabilities meetings and “White Boards”
- Create quality and appealing presentations and materials as necessary
- Consult with Account Managers and other departments as necessary to form proposals
- Develop written proposals for potential clients
- Compose contracts for potential clients and deliver those contracts for signature
- Coordinate with Legal for adjustments to contract verbiage
- Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings
- Document activities in SalesForce/WorkBook

Manager - Social Media

Pin Business Network is seeking a Manager - Social Media to build and maintain an interactive and committed social following that connects, shares and engages the community with our client’s brands across a variety of channels. We seek to use social media to directly impact our business by increasing revenue, developing deeper brand awareness, and helping to uncover new partnerships with organizations, individuals, and the greater community. This job requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and speed and prioritize tasks when multiple deadlines approach. This position reports to the Director - Social Media.  

 - Develop and implement creative and highly measurable Social Media marketing strategies and programs
- Manage Facebook business pages daily, both client and community
- Engage with the social community on a daily basis
- Identify, interpret and capitalize upon social media trends
- Effectively monitor and report on social media results
- Build, manage and maintain special marketing projects and social media programs to ensure integration with overall Marketing and client objectives.

Social Community Manager

Pin Business Network is seeking a Social Community Manager. Our office is a driven, fast-paced environment, and we only employ people who genuinely want to work hard to grow our social media environments and to create community. If you are a passionate, adaptable individual who works well on teams and wants to help drive reach and engagement on social media, then we want you! This position will include a monthly expense account for driving and other expenses related to generating content around Metro Denver.
Essential Duties:

- Find and curate unique content around Metro Denver
- Travel to restaurants, events, and businesses
- Interview business owners, customers, and others on camera
- Manage community pages.
- Collaborate with other departments on synergistic projects.
- Take initiative and think outside of the box to discover new ways to drive social media engagement.

Job Requirements

- Must live in Colorado, Denver Metro Area preferably.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum. Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or Communications preferred, but not required.
- Must have a reliable automobile in order to cover events in the field.
- Writing background.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, commitment to details, and ability to multi-task and manage time.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Some travel around Metro Denver (up to 70% of the time) for content generation may be required.
