PIN stores data collected by clients, vendors, partners, social networks, and our own systems. Users may request that data PIN has collected on them be deleted in compliance with applicable law or contract terms. Users wishing to delete their data at PIN must contact deletes@pinbn.com with all applicable email addresses and phone numbers, along with any social media handles that may apply, in order for us to identify those account(s), if present in our system, and remove the data (excluding any data that we are legally or contractually bound to keep). Please note that PIN reserves the right, where permitted by law, to validate requests and ensure the legitimacy of each request. Users may contact deletes@pinbn.com to request a status update, and PIN will also email the requestor once we have completed or denied the request, as appropriate.
